Using File Explorer go to the shared LiaisonEDD folderĭouble click AMYINST.EXE. STEPS: Delete both Amyuni Document Converter and Liaison Messenger EDD Primary from Devices and Printers.
SOLUTION: Delete and reinstall the printers then re-register. ISSUE: After an update to Windows 10 an “Unable to Print” message is returned when printing to the Liaison Messenger EDD Primary printer. The recent Window 10 Anniversary update has caused printer connections to be lost.
